An important difference between a car and an ordinary mechanical bearing is that the car bearing is used in a moving environment, and the environment of each part of the car varies greatly, so the force condition and working condition of the car bearing are more complicated. Targeted improvements to different types of motors are required in the design and process. For example, the car condensing fan motor bearing should take into account the continuous operation of the motor under high temperature conditions, the deformation of the bearing, the dustproof and anti-alias of the wiper bearing, the good sealing performance of the generator bearing, the corrosion resistance, the starting torque at low temperature and Long life and so on. In order to better develop automotive bearings, we have trained five R&D engineers in the automotive industry, adjusted the production process, adopted cryogenic treatment and high temperature tempering, and introduced fully automatic production lines and various experiments. Equipment, according to the special requirements of automotive motors, according to different parts of the use of the corresponding life test, there are enhanced temperature rise leak test, fatigue life test, salt spray test, damp heat aging test, high and low temperature impact, vibration shock and so on.
